Crash Replacement
In the event of an accident or severe crash, the high forces imparted on the frame can lead to structural failure during subsequent use.
With our Crash Replacement program we offer you the opportunity to replace your damaged Pearl Bike frame at a greatly reduced cost. This offer is valid up to three years after the date of purchase. You'll receive the same or a similar frame from our current product range for half the price.
Bei Unfällen oder schweren Stürzen können hohe Kräfte auf Ihren Rahmen einwirken und zu Schäden führen, die die Funktionstauglichkeit beeinträchtigen. Mit Crash Replacement bieten wir Ihnen einen Service an, bei dem Ihr beschädigter Pearl Rahmen zu vergünstigten Bedingungen ersetzt werden kann. Das Angebot ist gültig innerhalb von drei Jahren nach Kaufdatum. Sie erhalten Ihren oder einen vergleichbaren Rahmen (ohne Dämpfer) aus unserem aktuellen Programm zu des Frameset-Verkaufspreises.
Gerne montieren wir Ihren neuen Rahmen in unserer Serviceabteilung. Dieser Umbau wird mit € 75,00 berechnet. Die Rücksendung Ihres Rades erfolgt schnellstmöglich.
Zur Inanspruchnahme des CR-Services setzen Sie sich bitte telefonisch oder per Mail mit unserer Serviceabteilung in Verbindung und fordern einen DHL-Rücksendeschein* an. Anbei finden Sie ein Rücksendeformular, dass Sie bei Einsendung des Rahmens oder Komplettrades beilegen. Bitte schildern Sie uns detailliert den Vorgang, der zum Schaden geführt hat. Diese Informationen benötigen wir als Anhaltspunkt für die Prüfung Ihres Rahmens und der Komponenten.
CR-Service beschränkt sich auf den Erstbesitz sowie auf Beschädigungen, welche die Funktionstauglichkeit beeinträchtigen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diesen Service im Einzelfall auszusetzen, wenn wir feststellen, dass ein Schaden mutwillig herbeigeführt wurde.

In order to make use of this service, please contact our service department via telephone or e-mail and ask for a DHL return note.
* Attached you will find a return form that you enclose when sending in your frame or complete bike. Please give us a detailed description of how the damage occurred. This is necessary information for testing the soundness of your frame and its components.
The CR service is limited to the original owner and to damages that compromise the functionality of the bike. We reserve the right to suspend this service if we detect that the damage has been caused unreasonably.

Warranty for your Pearl bike
In addition to our legal warranty time frame, we offer you an extended warranty of 6 years on the frame and fork of the Race & Triathlon bikes as well as the mountain bike frames (excluding bearings and suspension forks and rear shock). Our warranty is valid from the day of purchase and only for the original buyer of the bike. Damages to the paintwork are excluded. We reserve the right to repair damaged frames and forks or replace them with a new model. This is the only warranty entitlement. Extra costs, such as mounting, transport, etc. will not be covered. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by incorrect use, e.g. wilful neglect (lack of care or maintenance), crashing and over loading as well as manipulation of the frame or fork by means of adding or changing additional components. In case of jumps and other abuses of any kind there is no claim under warranty.
Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious defects in material or manufacture or transport damage. You are legally obliged to inform us of any defects or faults of the goods so that we can take remedial action.
Transport damages
If you receive a damaged packet please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
